For couples

Every guest photo
in one album.

Drop a pin at the venue, share a 5-letter code on your program, and Tinkan pulls every guest's matching wedding photos into one album. No more "send me your pics" group text.

Photos only leave a guest's phone when they tap Send. You can require approval for every photo before it lands in your album.

The candids you missed.

Your photographer captures the ceremony, the formals, the first dance. The photos guests can't stop talking about — the first kiss as seen from the back row, the toast Uncle Mark gave at the reception, the dance floor at midnight — live on 200 different phones. Tinkan brings them home.

One code, every guest

Print it on the program. Stick it on the welcome sign. Add it to your wedding website. Guests scan or type, no app required.

Auto-matched

Tinkan reads each guest's camera roll on their device and surfaces only the photos taken at the venue during your wedding. They don't have to scroll through 5,000 photos to find yours.

You curate

Turn on moderation and every photo waits for your tap. Reject anything you don't want in the album. Or let everything through automatically.

How it works

  1. 01 Drop the venue pin. Stand at the venue (or use the address) and drop a pin. Set the window to cover your reception — e.g. Saturday 5 PM to 1 AM.
  2. 02 Print the 5-letter code. Add it to the program, the welcome sign, your wedding website. Guests with the code can contribute. Codes are unguessable enough that uninvited people can't wander in.
  3. 03 Guests open it, tap Send. Your guests open the link or scan the QR. Tinkan surfaces only the photos that match your venue + time. They review, uncheck anything embarrassing, and tap Send.
  4. 04 Approve from the honeymoon. Pending photos collect in your queue. Approve in batches from your phone, anywhere. Or skip moderation and let it all in.
  5. 05 The album lives in the app. Everyone who joined sees the gathered album. You and your partner are co-hosts (multi-host coming in v2 — for now you can share the host login).

Use it for every event in the weekend.

Each ask covers one place + time window, so make one for each event. Guests can join multiple asks with different codes.

Rehearsal dinner

The smaller, more candid event. Friday night, the restaurant address, two hours.

Ceremony & reception

The main event. Venue address, the entire window from ceremony start to last-call.

After-party

The shots your photographer wasn't there for. Hotel bar, 11 PM to 3 AM. The album goes viral the next morning.

Brunch the next morning

The hangover photos. Sunday 10 AM to 1 PM at whatever brunch spot the wedding party rolls into.

Couples FAQ

How do guests at our wedding share photos through Tinkan?

Print the 5-letter code on the program or welcome sign, and add it to your wedding website. Guests scan the QR or type the code, the app surfaces only the photos they took at the venue during the reception, and they tap Send. No account creation or app download is required to start — they can use the web flow at tinkan.app/e/{CODE}.

Will Tinkan automatically pull photos from my guests' phones?

No. Photos only leave a guest's phone when they tap Send. Tinkan reads the camera roll on-device to surface matching photos but never uploads anything without explicit consent.

Can we approve photos before they appear in the album?

Yes. Turn on moderation and every guest photo waits in your queue until you approve it. Reject anything blurry, embarrassing, or off-topic. You can flip moderation on or off at any time.

Does this work for the rehearsal dinner, brunch, and other events?

Each ask covers one place + time window, so create one ask per event. Guests can join multiple asks with different codes — one for the rehearsal dinner, one for the ceremony, one for the reception, one for the next-morning brunch.

How does Tinkan compare to a wedding photo-sharing app like WedShoots or Vebo?

Tinkan is built around an explicit ask, not an ongoing feed. There's no daily prompt, no profile to maintain, no follower counts. Guests don't have to remember to upload — the app finds the photos automatically based on the wedding's place and time, and surfaces only the matching ones.

Is there a limit on how many guests can contribute?

No limit during early access. We've designed the system to handle the entire guest list of a large wedding (200+ guests, thousands of photos) without per-guest configuration.

Working with a photographer?

Tinkan plays nicely alongside professional coverage — guest candids fill in the gaps your photographer can't shoot alone. Send your photographer to the photographer workflow page, or we can introduce you to one of the photographers using Tinkan today.
